The Board in its meeting held today has approved the change in designation of Mr. Harbhajan Singh Thethi from Whole Time Director to Non-Executive Director w.e.f. 01st April 2026 & Ms. Navneet Kaur has been redesignated as Whole Time Director w.ef. 01st April 2026. Further Ms. Navneet Kaur has also been appointed as Chairperson of the Company w.e.f 01st April
