Sub: Allotment of Bonus shares on December 10 2019
Dear Sirs
We would like to inform you that the Company has on December 10 2019 allotted 135 68 32 548 new equity shares of the Company of Rs. 2 each bearing Distinctive No(s). from 1 428 196 185 to 2 785 028 732 as fully paid-up Bonus Shares to the members of the Company in the ratio of one new equity share for every one existing equity share held by them as on as on December 7 2019 being the Record Date fixed for this purpose.
Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone up to 271 36 65 096 equity shares of Rs.2/- each aggregating to Rs. 542 73 30 192/-.
