Pursuant to Regulation 57 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we confirm that we have effected 'At Par' payment of Principal amount and annual interest thereon to the holders of the Rs. 200 Crores Upper Tier II Bonds Series I (INE654A09126) on the due date - 01st March, 2017.
