Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons the trading window for dealing in the securities of TIL Limited shall be closed on and from 1st July 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30th June 2023.
