Lumax Auto Technologies: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Scheme of Arrangement

Lumax Auto Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange with reference to the intimation dated February 18 2026 in respect of the Scheme of Arrangement of Amalgamation between Lumax Ancillary Limited (Transferor Company) and Lumax Auto Technologies Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective Shareholders and Creditors (Scheme) in accordance with the provisions of Section 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 read with the rules framed thereunder that the Honble National Company Law Tribunal New Delhi Bench (Honble NCLT) on February 18 2026 has allowed/reserved the Second Motion petition. However the pronouncement date of the final order is yet to be listed by the Honble NCLT.
