Amber Enterprises India: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Memorandum of Understanding /Agreements

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations we would like to inform you that IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited a material subsidiary of the Company has executed an Amendment Agreement to the Joint Venture Agreement dated 18 September 2023 with Stelltek Technologies Private Limited a Joint venture company of IL JIN and Nexxbase Marketing Private Limited a Joint Venture partner of Stelltek.
