Assam Company India: Corporate Action - Fixes Record Date (31.10.2019)

This is to confirm that the exit price as per the Resolution Plan payable to the public shareholders is Re. 0.10/- paise per share which is same as was mentioned in our earlier letter dated 28th September 2018 wherein we had fixed the Record date on 11th October 2018.
