Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the Members of the Company at the 25th Annual General Meeting have approved the Re- appointment of Mr. Maddur Gundurao Mohan Kumar (DIN: 00020029) as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a Second term of 5 (five) Consecutive years with effect from December 23 2019.
Mr. Mohan Kumar does not hold any shares in the Company. None of the Directors are related to Mr. Mohan kumar. Also he has provided a disclosure to effect that he is not debarred or disqualified from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order from SEBI/MCA or any such statutory authority.
Details in terms of Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9 2015 for appointment/re-appointment of the Directors as above are given in Annexure 1.
