In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations (LODR) 2015 we are happy to inform that the Company has been awarded the tender for provision of video wall at SDAH station area including concourse area to display important information along with CAMC for 5 Years by the Sealdah Division - S and T DRM office Kolkata Eastern Railway on November 17 2022. The value of the said tender is Rs. 87 73 898.57/- (Rupees Eighty-Seven Lakhs Seventy-Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety-Eight Rupees and Fifty-Seven Paisa only). The letter of acceptance is enclosed.
