KILBURN ENGINEERING LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/08/2024 inter alia to consider and approve raising of funds by way of rights issue or preferential issue of securities. The Board meeting was previously scheduled for 26th August 2024 and has been postponed to 27th August 2024 due to unavoidable circumstances.
