Considered and Approved Standalone Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report thereon for the quarter and nine months ended as on 31st December 2025. Limited Review Report and Financial Results are enclosed herewith.2. Declared 03rd Interim Dividend of Re. 0.01/- (1%) per equity share having face value of 1/- each for the financial year 2025-26. The said interim dividend shall be paid to the shareholders within stipulated time.
