Adarsh Mercantile Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on November 14, 2015, to take on record the Un-Audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015.
Further, the trading window of the Company, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, shall remain closed from November 05, 2015 and will open 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges on November 14, 2015.
