GRP: Revision In Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of The SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 Dated December 01 2022.

This is in further to our intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 dated December 01 2022 regarding assignment of the leasehold rights in the land and sale of the building other superstructure and machineries located at Plot No. E-24 to E -26 & S-5 to S-7 SIPCOT Industrial Growth Centre Perundurai - 638 052 District - Erode Tamil Nadu to Arjuna Natural Private Limited.The total consideration received by GRP Limited for the said assignment is Rs. 18 65 00 000/- (Rupees Eighteen Crores and Sixty Five Lakhs Only) of which Rs. 8 32 81 000/- (Rupees Eight Crores Thirty Two Lakhs & Eighty One Thousand Only) is towards transfer of leasehold rights in land and Rs. 10 32 19 000/- (Rupees Ten Crores Thirty Two Lakhs and Nineteen Thousand Only) towards the sale of building other superstructure and machineries.
