We hereby declare and confirm that as on March 31 2023 our Company does not fall under the categories as prescribed under para 2.2 of the SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26 2018 regarding Fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities and hence our Company i.e. Concord Control Systems Limited (formerly known as Concord Control Systems Private Limited) shall not be considered as a Large Corporate (LC). Therefore the requirement for furnishing the Initial Disclosure in prescribed format of "Annexure-A" of captioned circular is not applicable to our Company for Financial Year ended 2022-23. We request you to take the above declaration on record.
