1. In the Special Resolution proposed at Item No. 3 of the Notice of EGM and the corresponding explanatory statement to the said resolution relating to the proposed preferential issue of Equity Shares to the proposed investor the Relevant Date for the purpose of determination of minimum price for the issue and allotment of equity shares is 25th February 2021 but has been mentioned wrongly as 26th February 2021 being the date 30 (thirty) days prior to the date of this Extra-Ordinary General Meeting.
