Cals Refineries Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Sarvesh Goorha, Independent Director of the Company, has given his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect, a resignation letter dated May 25, 2013 was received by the Company on May 27, 2013.
The Company have decided to take up the matter of his resignation in the upcoming meeting of the Board of Directors on May 30, 2013.
