Zicom Electronic Security Systems: Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Outcome of meeting of Committee of Creditors

The Nineteenth Meeting of the CoC of the Corporate Debtor was held on June 06 2023. Further we wish to inform the Exchange that the CoC at its said meeting has decided to E-Vote on the following matters:1. The declaration of the resolution plan of one of the Resolution Applicant(s) as non-responsive and the subsequent forfeiture of the Earnest Money Deposit; 2. The Compliant Resolution Plan(s) in terms of Section 30 of the of the Code and Relevant CIRP Regulations;3. The manner and modalities of the distribution proceeds out of the total outlay allocated to the financial creditors in the Compliant Resolution Plan(s);4. Ratification of Cost incurred from April 07 2023 till June 05 2023 related to the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.The E-voting shall conclude on June 20 2023 at 8.00 PM.
