With reference to the earlier communication dated April 17, 2015, Deepak Nitrite Ltd has now informed BSE that the Commercial Paper of Rs. 30 crores issued on April 17, 2015, has been repaid on September 04, 2015.
Further, the Company has issued Commercial Paper (CP) for Rs. 30 crores value dated September 04, 2015. This has been subscribed by HDFC Bank having maturity on December 03, 2015.
The aforesaid issuance of CP is to fund working capital requirement of the Company.
