RECORD DATE & CUT OFF DATESeptember 18 2025 is declared as the record date for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. September 18 2025 is also declared as the cut-off date for the purpose of reckoning the shareholders eligible to vote on the Resolution proposed at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
