Bharat Dynamics: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Directorate

In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations 2015 we would like to inform the following changes in the Board of Directors of the
Company:
(a) Shri. V. Udaya Bhaskar retired as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company on 28th February 2019 on attaining superannuation.
(b) Based on Ministry of Defence Government of India Letter No.DDP-M0001(24)/02/2018 D(BDL) dated 25th February 2019 Commodore Siddharth Mishra (Retd) has assumed the charge of Chairman & Managing Director of the Company with effect from 01 March 2019.
