2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Gunturu Narasimha Rao as an Aditional Director on the Board with effect from October 13, 2017;

Except Mr. Gunturu Narasimha Rao being an appointees, none of the Directors and Key managerial personnel of the company and their relatives is concerned or interested financially or otherwise.
