In compliance with Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, the 09th August, 2017, to, inter alia, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders, the Trading Window shall remain closed from 02nd August, 2017 to 11th August, 2017 i.e. till 48 hours after the announcement by the company of the results to the stock exchanges on 09th August, 2017. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Companys shares/securities.
