Audited financial statements both standalone and consolidated for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 20232. Recommended dividend of Rs. 7 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each (70%) for the financial year 2022-233. The Twenty Fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held on Wednesday 23rd August 2023.
