This is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 14th February, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company at 220, 2nd Floor, FLYING COLORS, Pandit Din Dayal Upadhyay Marg, L.B.S. Cross Road, Mulund (West), Mumbai 400 080, to consider and approve, inter-alia other transactions, raising of funds by way of issuance of securities including equity shares and/or convertible securities and/or other securities on preferential basis and/or qualified institutions placement and/or Global Depository Receipts and/or American Depository Receipts or through any other method, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.
