1. Considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Samirkumar Mapara as an Independent Director on the Board.
2. Considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Viral Chitalia as an Independent Director on the Board.
3. Re-constituted Audit Committee, Shareholders/lnvestors Grievance Committee and Remuneration Committee.
4. Considered Preferential Allotment of Equity Shares to Promoter Group and others.
