This is to inform that the company has been taking a series of measures in view of the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure safety and health of all our employees and to ensure compliance with various directives being issued by Central/State/Municipal authorities.

Pursuant to Reg.30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 we would like to inform you that the company has decided to close from Tuesday 24th March 2020 until further notice.
