Zenith Capitals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2013, to take note of the result of the Open Offer made by Mansa Developers Private Limited (the ?Acquirer?) as per the provisions of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and the subsequent change of control in favour of the Acquirer.
