Pricol (Amalgamated): Fixes Record Date for Scheme of Amalgamation

Pricol Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Board of Directors of Pricol Limited (formerly known as Pricol Pune Limited) has fixed December 06, 2016 as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders of erstwhile Pricol Limited who will be entitled to be allotted equity shares in Pricol Limited (Formerly known as Pricol Pune Limited) pursuant to the scheme of amalgamation of Pricol Limited with Pricol Pune Limited approved by the Hon?ble High Court, Madras vide its order dated October 06, 2016.
