Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company is expanding its manufacturing capabilities by commissioning a new machinery facility for increasing the production of Flexible Laminates at its factory office at 22 Balgopalpur Industrial Area Balasore - 756020 Odisha. This enhancement is aimed at meeting the growing demand for the product of the Company.
