Extension of Time for Payment of First and Final Call on Partly Paid-up Equity SharesThe Board of Directors has approved the extension of the last date for payment of the First and Final Call of ?7.50 (Rupees Seven and Paise Fifty only) per partly paid-up equity share on the outstanding partly paid-up equity shares issued pursuant to the Rights Issue of the Company in accordance with the terms of the Letter of Offer dated January 07 2025 the Articles of Association of the Company and applicable provisions of law.Accordingly the First and Final Call shall be payable during the extended period from:Wednesday March 11 2026 to Friday May 08 2026 (both days inclusive)Interest at the rate of 10% per annum shall be applicable on the unpaid Call Money from March 02 2026 (being the original due date) until the date of actual payment.The extension of time shall not be construed as a waiver of the Companys right to levy interest from March 02 2026.
