Cranes Software International: Compliances-Certificate under Reg. 74 (5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018

Pursuant to the confirmation given by our RTA this is to inform you that the share certificates if any received and confirmed for demat by our RTA for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 were confirmed by the depositories and the said certificates were listed on the Stock Exchange.They also confirmed that certificates received for demat have been mutilated or cancelled after due verification and the name of the depositories have been substituted in the register of members as the registered owner within 15 days.Enclosed in the confirmation received from our Registrar & Transfer Agent Intergrated Registry Management Services Private Limited
