Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board
of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 02 2021 have appointed CS Sanam Umbargikar partner of DSM & Associates Practising Company Secretaries (Membership No. 26141 and COP No. 9394) as the Secretarial auditor of the Company for the financial year 2020-2021.
