JBF Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Buyback Committee of Directors, will be held on September 27, 2013, for extinguishment of equity shares of the Company, bought by the Company pursuant to Public Announcement dated August 26, 2013, and closure of buyback of equity shares.
