Subhash Silk Mills: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform that as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trades by Designated Persons of Subhash Silk Mills Limited read with applicable provisions of the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company by its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Wednesday October 1 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results by the Company for the Quarter ending September 30 2025. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the said financial results shall be intimated in due course. Further pursuant to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19 2023 the PAN of designated persons of the Company shall be freezed by National Securities Depository Limited for trading in securities of the Company during the said window closure period.
