Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI LODR Regulations we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday February 04 2026 inter-alia to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025.Further in continuation of our earlier letter dated December 26 2025 under subject Intimation of closure of Trading Window and in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons of the Company and/or their immediate relatives shall remain closed from January 1 2026 till February 6 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of said financial results.
