Camex: Closure of Trading Window

In Terms of the provisions of sub-regulations (1) of Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in complinace with the terms of the Code of consuct the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Securities of the Compnay will be closed for a;; Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from April 1 2026 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2026 to the Public.
