Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 13th August 2020 have approved the date of holding of 37th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company on Tuesday 29th September 2020 and further approved the closure of Register of Members and Transfer Book for the purpose of ensuing Annual General Meeting.
