Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 19, 2015, to transact the following business:
1. To allot equity shares pursuant to conversion of fully convertible warrants (allotted on February 26, 2014) on receipt of balance 75% of purchase price in respect of fully convertible warrants
In this regard as per the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for Insider Trading adopted by the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the insiders will remain closed from August 17, 2015 to August 21, 2015 (both inclusive).
