Endurance Technologies: Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

We inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on 14th May 2019 recommended dividend of Rs. 5.50 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each (55%) for the financial year 2018-19.
