Apcotex Industries: Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

Declaration of Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.5/- per equity shares of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2025-26. Accordingly the Board has fixed Wednesday 4th February 2026 as the record date for determining entitlement of members for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend.
