Modi's Navnirman: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended read with the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Companys Directors Designated Employees / Persons from 01st January 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration offinancial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.
