Rishiroop Rubber (International): Resignation of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Rishiroop Rubber International Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Dhiraj Kumar Neve, has resigned from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and the Board of directors at their meeting held on November 11, 2014 took note of the same.

Further the Company inform that pursuant to Clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement, Shri. Arvind Mahendra Kapoor, Managing Director of the Company, will be acting as the Compliance Officer of the Company till any new incumbent joins as the Company Secretary of the Company.
