Timbor Home: Board Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

Timbor Home Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve & take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company along with Limited Review report for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015 as per Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulation.

In this connection, as per the Company?s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Specified Persons from February 5, 2016 to February 15, 2016 (both days inclusive).
