This is with reference to our earlier disclosure dated December 16 2019 with respect to issue and allotment of Secured Redeemable Unlisted Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) amounting to Rs. 1 400 Crore on Private Placement Basis. Please note that the Company has redeemed these NCDs at par. Consequently the Company doesnt have any outstanding borrowing by way of NCDs.
