Winsome Textile Industries: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of SEBI Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall be closed for all its director(s) KMPs designated person(s) connected person(s) and their immediate relatives with effect from 01st April 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st march 2026.
