Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we have received information of loss / theft of share certificates and request for issue of duplicate share certificate as mentioned in the attached document

We have initiated process for issue of duplicate share certificate through Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTAs).
