Appointed Mr. Mysore Narayana Sreedhara (DIN: 11869512) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) of the Company with effect from 10 August 2026 for a tenure of 5 consecutive years subject to approval of shareholders of the Company. He is not liable to rotation.
