The Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held today, i.e. on July 26, 2018 has approved the following:

1) Approval of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2018 and the Auditors Reports (copies enclosed)

We confirm having submitted the Auditors Report with unmodified opinions and the Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2018 as per the format prescribed in Schedule III of the Companies Act 2013.
