DEE KARTAVYA FINANCE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2020 inter alia to consider and approve Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is schedule to be held on Friday 14th February 2020 inter-alia to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December 2019 and other businesses.

Further in pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from 31st January 2020 to 16th February 2020 (both days inclusive).
