Brooks Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that as per the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company at their (3/2015-16) meeting held on December 18, 2015, the Board of Directors has given their ex-post facto approval for the appointment of Ms. Jyoti Sancheti, an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India as a Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. December 18, 2015, at their (6/2015-16) meeting held on February 12, 2016.
